Engagement models built for how you work

From first prototype to a jointly-owned business — pick the structure that matches your project size and stage of trust.

Software Solution

Choose the model that fits your project

Three engagement models, recommended based on project size, duration & nature of collaboration.

OPTION A

Freelance Engagement

< IDR 100M

Fastest to initiate — 1-page agreement, ideal for MVPs, prototypes & first projects to establish trust.

OPTION B

PT as Vendor

≥ IDR 100M · Recommended

Standard model — full NDA + MSA + SOW structure, official invoicing, complete team mobilization.

OPTION C

Joint Entity

Long-Term Strategic

Co-founded PT with defined equity & governance, combining our tech capability with partner's market reach.

Payment Structure

Milestone-based billing (Option B) — payment tied to delivery and approval, not hours worked.

50%

M1 · Project Kickoff

SOW signed, DP settled, team mobilized.

30%

M2 · Mid Delivery

Mid-project checkpoint delivered and approved.

20%

M3 · Final Delivery

UAT completed, source code & docs handed over.

5 business days

All payments must be settled within this window of invoice issuance.

All-Inclusive Quotations

Covers all manpower & infrastructure — no hidden costs unless scope formally changes.

Partnership Vision

We don't merely deliver software — we build partnerships

Every relationship is structured in two phases, moving from proven delivery to shared ownership.

PHASE 1

Vendor Engagement

Stratoshub serves as the technology vendor. Projects are executed under a formal NDA + MSA + SOW structure with clear deliverables, milestones, and payment terms.

Objective

Deliver quality, establish trust, and prove capability.

PHASE 2

Joint Entity (Strategic)

After establishing a successful track record together, both parties may co-found a new PT combining our technical capability with the partner's market access, network, and capital.

Objective

Build a scalable, jointly-owned business together.

How We Engage

Our Engagement Methodology

1. NDA — Non-Disclosure Agreement

Protects confidential information shared during pre-engagement discussions — allowing both parties to speak freely.

2. MSA — Master Service Agreement

Establishes the master legal framework: collaboration terms, IP ownership, payment principles & dispute resolution.

3. SOW — Statement of Work

Project-specific contract defining exact scope, deliverables, timeline, milestones and pricing — the formal trigger for work to begin.

Important: No work or deliverable is produced without a signed SOW and an accepted Down Payment.

Let's Build This Together

We approach every engagement as a long-term investment in quality, communication, and relationship.

1

Sign the mutual NDA to open a protected discussion space.

2

Align on scope & sign the MSA to establish the legal framework.

3

Scope the first SOW and confirm Down Payment to kick off delivery.
